Lindsay Levine, Esq. is an Attorney at Lopez Law Group, where she represents clients in landlord-tenant disputes, HOA matters, real estate issues, and related cases throughout Florida.
Clients describe her as honest, thorough, and personally invested in their problems. She is the kind of lawyer who returns the call, reads every document twice, and explains what is happening in plain English.
What sets Lindsay apart is simple: she tells you the truth. A lot of people have been burned by lawyers who take a retainer, say what the client wants to hear, and let reality set in later. Lindsay works the other way around. If your case is strong, she will tell you and go after it hard. If there is a problem with your position, you will hear about that too, early, while there is still time to do something about it. She would rather have an honest conversation on day one than an uncomfortable one on the courthouse steps.
That approach is not about being negative. It is about respect. Lindsay believes clients are adults who can handle the facts, and that they make far better decisions when someone gives them the full picture instead of a comfortable version of it. So she lays out the realistic range of outcomes, the costs, the risks, and the options, and then she gives her honest recommendation. Clients are always free to decide for themselves, but they never have to wonder whether she is shading the truth to keep them happy or keep the meter running.
Once the plan is set, Lindsay does the work. She is known for careful drafting, detailed case analysis, and an ability to break complicated legal issues down into language anyone can follow. Nothing in a file gets skimmed, and nothing gets assumed. That preparation is what turns straight talk into real results, because an honest assessment only helps a client if the lawyer giving it has actually done the digging to back it up.
Her path to the law began with writing. Lindsay earned her bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from Florida State University before going on to earn her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. That background shapes the way she practices today. Years of writing taught her how to build an argument, anticipate the other side, and say exactly what she means, and those skills show up in every document she drafts and every negotiation she steps into. Where some people see a legal problem with only one answer, Lindsay tends to find the angle others miss.
Outside the office, she is still a writer. Lindsay spends her free time working on her own fiction, editing the creative writing of friends, and reading Arthurian literature. She brings that same curiosity and care to her cases, treating each one as a story worth getting right.
Mr. Lopez was a Godsend and really helped me with my situation. Him and the entire firm were very diligent and helped speed the early stages of the process along due to a pressing situation. Throughout my experience working with the firm, they were always responsive and available any time I had a question or wanted to check on the state of affairs. Hopefully I won’t have to recommend Lopez Law Group to my friends or family, but if those unfortunate circumstances arise then there’s only one name I would trust. Thank you again for all your help!
I called multiple attorneys to resolve my issue and none had much experience as much as this form. Anthony was amazing and made sure that as his client I was satisfied and understanding with his work. Very helpful and very patient and I was able to communicate with ease. I will definitely recommend this firm if you have a landlord/tenant issue or just an amazing attorney who listens to his clients needs.

"Awesome!"
Thank you Geoff Pfeiffer, for your assistance when my HOA pushed back on my installation of the Solar Panels on my home. Your succinct and eloquent statements of my rights to them turned a “solar panels are not allowed on the front side of the roof, to a 100% approval with no changes needed. Thank you for helping me quickly resolved what was gearing up to be a fight with the HOA.

“I Will Never Use Another Lawyer”
We couldn’t be more satisfied with Sean’s work and are so grateful we chose him to represent us. He works so diligently and tenaciously to get results, and somehow manages to combine being a consummate professional yet friendly and approachable. I was honestly terrified of receiving the final bill considering the hours upon hours he invested in our case (texts, calls, emails, meetings, etc.) after hearing nightmare lawyer stories from other people, but when I did I was shocked at how little he charged us. I never thought I’d say I wanted to pay somebody more than they charged, yet this time I did. I will never use another lawyer; we will use Sean for any and all representation we will ever need, and I urge others to do the same. Thank you, Sean!
